Sable

At last we have seen Sable Antelope again. The last time we saw Sable was 4 years ago, considering that we spend 2 months a year in the Park, it is becoming a rare sighting and made our day.

We saw this lone Sable on the S30 Salitje rd. drinking in the Sabie river, we had heard that they had been seen at this spot before and sat there for over 3 hours waiting, we also saw Elephant, Kudu, Nyala, Impala and Warthog come and drink.

We also spent some time at Renoster Koppies and saw these Elephant

We have seen several Leopard kills hanging in trees,
but sadly no Leopards. we are ever hopefull.

Watching Latest sightings and talking to people around camp, there have been good sightings of Leopard recently around Lower Sabie.
